Arriving at Vermont house
The people who are hosting us in St. Albans are really nice. They live right by the lake and it's really pretty and quiet and they have a huge yard. One of Heidi's (the wife) grown-up sons is in the army, and his room had a bunch of huge bullets and canisters of CO2 and a gas mask, so Julias and Tobin were very excited. Down the road a bit, there's this place that used to be a summer camp but now it's just a park. In it, there's a beach with lots of sedimentary rock in layers, with makes for a rock beach comprised of perfect skipping stones. Even Tobin got at least four skips there. I didn't bring my iPod though, so I don't have any pictures of that.
